PB BLOG

As you may have noticed... I'm getting ready to launch new music... This is the first time that I've launched a project in the facebook/twitter age, and I want to take advantage of that... and include you! At this point, this next project will be a combination of a bunch of things.

You've allowed every album since I left the big bad record labels win an album of the year award. Thanks. That includes STBD, TTA, Risk, and A Gift. I'd like to celebrate that in a box set.

My current dream is that the box set will include those albums, an EP of new music, some hidden gems never before heard (including the demo of the song "For You" recorded by Johnny Cash and Dave Matthews), New Versions of "I Do" and "My Heart Has A History" (can't wait to share those with you), and an album of Hymns, some of my Gospel Favourites from my years growing up at that old Gospel Hall.

The new music will also be available separate from the box-set.

I'm hoping that you'll let me know what you think. Do you like the box-set idea? What are some of your favourite features of box sets? What would you like to see? I'm still in creative mode, so who knows, maybe some of your suggestions will make it into the project...

Thanks for taking the time to read this, and thanks again for your support. I'd really appreciate you telling everyone you know about this page... the more the merrier.

I'd also like to announce "priceles$." It's a new foundation that I'm starting that will benefit various causes that you've helped me with over the years, but this time, I'll get to partner with you in a more intimate way. You've already helped change the world by purchasing water filters with Samaritan's Purse, sponsoring children with World Vision, and donating generously to The Alberta Children's Hospital. pb fans have literally raised millions of dollars, and I am honoured to work with you all on this! priceles$. is a movement that will help us to do all of these things in an even better way, and I'm really looking forward to rolling this out and sharing more about this with you in the coming months. So... new music, new website coming, new foundation... it's going to be a fun 2010/2011, and I hope you all come along for the ride!

D and it would be the new and un-released stuff that we would really want. If you really want to make us happy release a new compete album! :) But if you must release a Box Set then I would love to see something unique, This being the internet age including digital copies of every song in a high. juegos de bob esponja

There is much to like about MySpace. It's uglier than a Commodore 64 music tracks is slow to load, and has been co-opted by record labels that pay for placement first. However, with over 1.8 million bands offering their own websites, it is impossible to ignore jogos do mario

Paul,

A box set would be awesome! I had all your CD's, but lets just say they have seen better days after many years of playing them.

I would also really like to hear the For You track performed by you, really great song, just not the same without the PB touch. lol.

Looking forward to it,

Joey

As long as the box set isn't only realeased at Walmart, like a certain country great, I'm in!

Hi Paul!!!

I think the box set (combined with the new music) is a fabulous idea, and I will be first in line to purchase it as soon as it becomes available...most of my Paul Brandt cds are due to be replaced anyways because I've played them so much! *LOL*

I think you are one of the greatest musicians in the music business, and I am grateful that you continue to create new music for your fans to enjoy. You're beautiful person, inside and out, and make me so proud to be Canadian!

I hope you are enjoying parenthood with your wife, and that you have a great summer with your family!

Love always...

Although Box sets are nice what we all really yearn for is new music. I would guess that most of your fans already own every CD and it would be the new and un-released stuff that we would really want. If you really want to make us happy release a new compete album! :) But if you must release a Box Set then I would love to see something unique, This being the internet age including digital copies of every song in a high quality format for easy transfer to Ipods/MP3 players. Also including music videos and concert footage on a DVD include with the Box set. A Video of a complete concert would be Outstanding!

I love the box set idea! I can't wait to see it hit stores because I will surely be snatching it up. Maybe you could incorporate some type of golden ticket concept - people who buy the box set with the hidden ticket(s) get a meet and greet or a behind the scenes studio experience with the amazing Paul Brandt. I'd even be willing to be a guinea pig for any prizing concepts you come up with ... you know, just to be sure that other PB fans would approve ;)
Much love!

The first time I visited your original website was to express my utter surprise and pleasure the your Chritsmas special on CMT was taped in Banff. Paul Brandt and Banff, two of my favorite things in the world. I felt like a child at Christmas receiving something I had never even thought to ask for, but it was the most perfect GIFT. It brought tears to my eyes and visiting your new site brings it back like it was yestderday. You are a very special person and thank you for sharing all you have with the world.
